Yea.. I've became one of the "i know her somewhere but just couldn't put my finger on where I've seen her... Omg do I know her and is it rude to not say hi?" girls.
it's like seeing a waiter/ress from a restaurant u frequent, out and about.. It's like our minds are fascinated by the fact that they do in fact exist outside of their natural habitat.
