Location: Bro's Room, Ipoh.

Since i've been home, my parents slacked when it comes to the doggie maintenance department (coz if not, I'd be doing nothing at home...). Since I lurve my Pipi Boy, I'll carry out the normal routine of bathing (once/week), playing with him, daily meals and the regular tidbits that everyone enjoy giving him...

The shampoo he used smells really nice, kinda like those baby shampoos on the market. If not for that dog pic on the label of the dog shampoo, people might just use it as body shampoo...

Then there's the clothes. There are oh so many choices of doggie's clothes, accessories for those really rich owners who have tooo much free time to spend to decorate their pets...

There are sites like just to feed the increasing demands:
http://www.thepet-boutique.com/
http://www.dogbedstore.com.au/

It might be safe to say that the dogs owned by some rich family are living better lives than those ill stricken African kids who are currently dying of famine and extreme poverty. The issue is that WHY are people today (especially those rich spoilt heiresses) like to humanize those poor little things? Could thise be one of those urban mental diseases that are caused by social pressures?

My Attempt to be an Alcoholic.

Location: Bro's Room, Ipoh.

Yesterday was totally different from the day before yesterday but technically, yesterday was the day before yesterday coz a new day for me is after 5 hours or more sleep that I have. Since I didn't sleep last night, I find the day before yesterday is actually yesterday and that yesterday was delightfully long...

buaHahha~ I CAN be crappishly Deep sometimes...

Anyhoo, what I did in a nutshell brought Ah Pi out for a walk, waxed the windshields of the cars, washed clothes (with the washing machine ofcoz) cooked dinner (for moi), watched plenty of tabloids from E! (that I love so so much), watched Nanny Diaries and that realllllllllly spine-chillingly scary Disney Princess Enchanted Tales Follow Your Dreams (2007) which I stupidly mistaken it for the long awaited Enchanted... Yes, I did slapped myself after I realized I was actually watching that Disney princesses crap.

Oh, I forgot to mention that mom and dad went to KL again for that motivational talk thing early in the morning and came home about 11.00pm. And it's one of those days I enjoy so much coz it's when mom and I totally clicked and got each other!

Mind you, this don't happen that often especially when it comes to the fashion and style department. What can I say, the generation/age gap's exceptionally evident in that section~

Anyways, as for dinner, I whipped up a bowl of simple Mac with eggs, lil' cocktail sausages, some veg blended with oyster sauce, a tinge of sesame oil and literally every and any spices that I manage to find in my house... Hey, I'm the one who's eating and I ain't complaining~

To top it all up, I had half a cup of red wine... Yes, i used a cup to measure it.

But after that I find it really icky coz I'm NOT a wine person, nor am I a fan of alcohol. So I was thinking, What The Heck, parents are not in, I'm not going anywhere for the evening, I decided to see where my limits were knowing really well that I'm not alcohol-tolerant.

So I grabbed my Pelican out of the fridge and down it went... Still conscious. A little woozy, getting warmer but still capable of walking in a straight line. So I went digging in the cabinet for any other alcoholic beverages. Then I found a 6 pack of these.

This must be the 4th or 5th can of Carlsberg I've had so far in 19 years, so it's less monumental. I drank it and immediately felt really full. Like I had a large pizza & lasagna for supper... I tried to down it in one gulp but to find that I was too ambitious. At the end, I did managed to finish it though~

Then came the wave of nauseousness... haha... guess I just hit jackpot. But I kept it all in just to see how my body would react. I drank some chinese tea and *whoop* back to normal.

Needless to say, my attempt to be an alcoholic is a total waste of time. I didn't have the double vision thing and after all these, I still manage to walk straight AND blog. I guess the Chinese tea really helped a lot...

And, for the record, I really don't like the taste of alcohol! It's like licking metal and drinking fermented stuff. I like pelican though, coz they have all these interesting flavor and doesn't taste as bad as beer and wine (and one of it is PINK~) ... Beer and wine are just not for me. I can't imagine WHY people can be alcoholics. I still remember the first of the few times I went to a club, after having only 3 cans of Heineken, I feel a little hard to balance and manoeuvre on my only 3 inches high heels... I can't help but wonder, why would you, people out there, would wanna torture yourselves?!

Hmm, after much thought, think I should drink more... Just to get myself used to the whole alcohol thing. Any alcohol drinking buddies out there would like to have a drink with me?

------------ A Lame Joke for Today ---------------

As I was putting the clothes out to dry, Pipi was there to accompany me by sitting there and do NOTHING. Like seriously, sometimes I think he's mocking me. Especially when I was doing the chores at home, he'll be lazing around, or giving me the lazy eye just to SHOW me how easy his life is...

Anyways, I saw a cock (as in a male chicken) crossing by the back alley (behind my house) so I pointed at the cock and said: "Hey ah Pi, is that your friend? He's a chicken too!"

So That's All Folks~
Please tune in another time for other really Lame JokeS~

p/s: if you don't get the joke, just laugh only lar... Ish...

pp/s: I scored 131 for a bingo today!!! buahahahhahaha!!! (as far as i can remember) It's a first!! *clap* *clap* Though it's not as high as some pros out there, I'm still happpy that I got lucky~

Bro's Advice to Blogging

LoL dude~ been watching How I Met Your Mother for the past weekend and they totally abuse words like 'awesome' and psych!

Location: B12.3A, Sunway, Malaysia.

I kinda forced bro to read that entry about the pasar malam that day and did reluctantly obliged anyway.

He gave me his advice, in his opinion how to make my blog better.

I'm like, sure and tried to position myself so that all eyes are on the monitor waiting for his response.

He said: "Don't Put Your Picture On Your Blog".

OMG!!!!!!

I know I can be photogenic with the right camera angle, lighting, camera, mood, hair (not bad hair day), etc. All in all, with the right combination, I can loook pwetty on tape too. Buahahaa...

So what? Jealous eh, bro?

SO this was Saturday after reaching the hostel sporting my very new hair cut out of the oven yo~

I looked nice on photos! Why not in person?!

Like they make me look thinner or something.

Hmm...

Ok, fine. Cut = No Cut. But it's so SHORT now.

A Lady's Right to Slippers.

Location: B12.3A, Sunway, Malaysia.

Some people has had bad experiences with the eye shadows they tried and thought was pretty just before she pay for them but regretted ever since; some had bad luck with the list Mr. Right look-alikes before dating (but only to find out they ‘re Mr. NoNo at best).

For me, it’s just all about the slippers.

Yes. Those really annoyingly fragile (annoying for their frailness) flip flops. Those who have heard me complain for the past year will sure be surprise at the beginning of the slippers-turnover rate in my life.

The Longest Lasting Ones. Slippery and Worn Out as it May Seemed.

Unlike Lynnie who knew the advantages of having branded flip-flops, I'm just plain dumb and stubborn to not believing in any flip-flops that cost more than RM 30. I mean, with that amount of money, I can save ‘em pinks, blues and purples (in case you don't understand, they're the colours of Malaysia's currency) up and buy some really good sport shoes right?

Highly Water-resistant. Not So Cool Looking Though.

Oh, and yea, those bad experiences don’t only end with those sporty flip flops, they happen with every pair of slippers I HAVE/HAD. It’s like I have bad juju, or maybe it’s my feet, the way I wear the slippers, or maybe the road I walk on. And that’s why I always ended up wearing my mom’s slippers (which made her so ultimately proud because she thinks this proves that I agree with her sense of taste. I mean common!! And this is coming from a woman who thinks that I, TYJ, am into stuffed animals!).

This reminds me of that poor beanie that was neglected for centuries (and got dust bunnies intact to prove the ancient-ness of it) under the small table, under the radio. Common, no offense, but stuffed animals?! You think I like?!

Still Wearable But Worn Out. Another Loyal Soldier Down.

Anyways, back to slippers. My bro did complain about girls shopping about shoes ALL THE TIME but Mr-I-Wear-A-Pair-Of-Slippers-For-All-Occasion, you have to understand, my slippers (or rather, ladies’) slippers ARE fragile! And I’ve got prove to show it.

I Liked This Pair Very Much! Goes With Any and Everything for Me. Spoilt *sniff*

I’ve bought RM 20+ slippers, gone in a week at tops. Then these RM 16 (plus minus) slippers. GONE, in 2 days (can do a parody of gone in 60 seconds, a good movie by the way). Actually anything imported from Thailand (clothes, accessories and footwear) exceeding RM 30 is totally absurd to me. Yes, I’d be a low maintenance girlfriend if anyone’s interested.

The 2-Days Fling. Damn You. So What If You're Pink and Cool Looking?

Actually come to think of it, I hardly buy shoes, heels, pumps, or whatever you kids call nowadays, other than my parents-funded sport shoes, my shoes hardly exceeds RM 60. Only on two occasions recently that I can think of that I did, that was that gorgeously golden but uncomfortably high (which I left in my hometown for ‘break glass in case of emergency’ situations) and that really (imo) awesomely dark golden (yes, I like gold) stripped wedges that make me wanna sing ‘Gold Finger’ while feeling hot gliding on them.

My Wedges... *sparkle*

Oh, then I bought this less than 10 bucks but really cool but a little slippery slippers. I like the pink (duh) and what made it extremely cool was when the colours actually don’t match as a pair, unlike many of the boring matching coloured slippers in the market these days.

My Newest Flip-Flops Hunted Down With Comrade Sher Yen.

The down side was due to my inherited unshapely feet. Flat, wide at the front and weirdly unique looking toes (thanks dad, no offense) which made it unfit for the slippers. Everything else was perfect though. It’s like my dreams for a pair of perfect slippers come true~ Wonder how long will this last.

Mom as my witness (and other friends like Sze Vien who did went shoe-shopping with me), it is a tedious, very tedious job for me to be a pair of footwear that I’m totally satisfied with.

On a totally unrelated topic, mom and dad reached KLIA safely almost 8 hours ago and got back home at about 5 hours ago. I’m happy to hear that Pipi was thrilled to see them and ran away when mom put me on the line to talk to Him. Unfaithful little bastard you.

Since it’s my blog and I’m entitled to crap whatever crap that comes to my crappy mind, I learnt a lot from working with Minni. I’m fortunate enough to be even working with her that she showed me many very old features that I never knew exist in Microsoft Word. She even taught me how to screen shoot a movie~ I tried to use many ways but didn’t work out as I wanted it to be. Thanks to her, I finally took a shot of what I wanted to take a long long time ago~ Another wish successfully came true.

Harold and Kumar's Portrait (drawn by -obviously- idiots)

Oh, forgot to mention. I bought this really cool, brand new pepper spray a while back. It's my first pepper spray and figure that I'd mention it for fun. See, fun. Don't know if it's really operable, by brand new I actually meant un-use. Anyone wanna be my guinea pig for fun?

Being Overprotected.

Location: Lake Club, Lake Perdana, KL.

Yes, I’m in one of the most scenic places in KL. I’m actually on my way back to B12.3A. On my way… anyways, with Good Charlotte’s he River blaring at my ears and sitting alone in the corridor outside of the library felt kinda lonely. Actually, it can be worse or better, depends which way I incline to think. Boring coz bro’s not here. He’ll come up with all these (in his words) productive conversation and I’ll get to learn a thing or 2. Lucky coz bro’s not here. Coz if not, I’ll be choking on my Sidney Sheldon book and try not to fall asleep to spend the grueling 3 hours here, til mom and dad’s meeting’s over.

Well, on the bright side, I’ve had worst afternoons. Yesterday, went driving all around Ipoh… bringing Pipi along~ Haha, I know he’s a victim of my childishness; I like a company who doesn’t complain and nag about me. In other words, I need a company that I can share my thoughts, hear me sing etc. Plus, he’s extraordinarily cute! I enjoy taking pictures of him. You noticed that I keep using ‘him’ rite? He’s more than a pet to me, since you haven’t notice.

Daddy brought him back from Sitiawan ( I think) after a meeting. Since Naught Naught’s left us, I’ve been kinda depressed. Partly because of the guilt when thinking back how we treated him before. To us, we did everything out of love; to him, it’s a torture. I mean chaining him with a metal chain to the dog house (kennel) but later only to find out that the chain had wounded Naught’s neck, so much so that the metal chain has ‘eaten’ into the flesh. I truly pity him…

Coming back to Pipi, he’s adorable. Why?
He’s really adorable… Really know how to make others LURVE him.
He’s cute. Like when we’re eating, he will sniff around but never snatch our food.
He’s tame. He won’t dash out of the house the second the front gate’s open. Well, maybe Naught did that for a reason…
He’s obedient. It feels good to have someone in the house once in a while.
I actually remember the times playing with him when he’s merely bigger than my palm.

Ahh, memories CAN bring people closer together….

Not only lately that I begin to realize that I’m overprotective. Like how all elder sisters are , disciplining her brother. I kept him away from those bad influences (other stray dogs) and from some dirty looking bitches. Frankly, I still think that he’s too young for THAT while he IS actually about the adult age in doggie years. I can’t imagine him fucking those bitches out there. Seriously!!

Although he’s really obedient and only fought because I was careless, deep down I know it’s wrong to alienate/keep him away from other dogs. His only social life is with US, humans. And that’s unhealthy I guess. He does has his needs right?

Just this morning, I was hugging him when we slept on the floor in our living room. It’s like hugging my baby to sleep while stroking his head to let him feel that he’s loved. My family and I gave him so much love actually,I truly felt the burden and emotions of being a parent. To guard him and protect him, to love him and to let him know that he’s loved, to make sure that he doesn’t get in a fight or get involved with other bitches, to try to NOT ruin but provide the best life we can afford to give him.

We try hard not to ruin this life, and loved him as much as we could. I can't help be look back, thinking if only Naught Naught can get that kinda treatment we showed Pipi, he wouldn’t wanna leave us…
