this is pretty sad.
context: talking about the number of organ donations in various countries who adopted a 'presumed consent' (or opt out) system of organ donation after death. Both Spain and Sweden adopted the same policies but "It has been suggested that one of the reasons Spain's donation rate is so good is a result of the higher numbers of healthy people killed in road accidents..."
Even though Spain adopted a "soft" system as compared to Austria's, the system was highly successful for the Spaniards, because of road accidents. cruel as it may sound, maybe it's not a bad idea for malaysia to promote the rempit culture for the betterment of fellow malaysians in need?
